Real Steam links of workshop/community conternt will always be this "https://test1.login.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/ID"

(ID being the steam ID # creation for Workshop items, screenshots, artwork, ect)

Some of these scam links for voting on workshop items have "steam(DOT)workshopdetailprofiles(DOT)(COM)/sharedfiles" . This is indeed a fake steam URL.

Hope this information helps others who may stumble upon here.

For those that are getting random steam messages or friend requests asking you to vote for the skin. It's indeed a scam attempt. They are wanting you to click on the fake link to phish for your information, your steam account. The creators of this skin are NOT doing this. It's bad actors, scammers that are doing this, and unfortunately it's tarnishing this item.

All you guys can do is report the scammers and spread awareness around, being the CS community, or anywhere else.

With that said, I'll help support you by liking this. I do think this skin is pretty badass. Sadly it's being hijacked by scammers. All the best and luck to you fellas.

Yeah I got one too... still got your vote though, thank goodness my window defender system saved my life. I will never trust a scammer trying to send me a fake website ever again, I will just simply search one myself and do a legit vote. Always remember, ignore the fake website, search one yourself and keep yourself safe.

FYI for the creator and anyone else, this skin is used by scammers to set up fake websites to steal login information. i know the creator can't do anything against this, this is just a heads up
