this addon have solved everything regarding cosmetics have to match base models.
it all depends on the cosmetics and base models data or properties, if they shave the save flexcontrollers, flex definitino and flex assignment.

not possible. none of the cosmetic models have HWM flexes to use, so there's no way to make them match an HWM character's face pose. you'd have to use custom HWM cosmetic models, in which case this addon should probably work just fine on them.

after a quick search, i found a few of them on the gmod workshop here ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ), and at least one more on the sfm workshop ( 1 )

I could ask, if you will make a version of this mod, but for HWM models?

actually, are you sure the transparency issue was caused by this addon? it doesn't touch anything related to that. try disabling this addon, then bonemerging the same things together, and see if the bug still happens anyway.

and by the way, I didn't understand a damn thing what you said, I'm too stupid to view any files

i used some accessories from my account but the caps were transparent so i used the regular bonemerge tool, maybe because i used hardware morphs?

It's a script that runs in the background, it doesn't actually change the face poser tool itself.

is this a replacement/fix or another tool

so i have 1 guess why its not working for me but it doesnt trace to the source mind you this is a guess nota OMG ITS DEFINITLY THIS!!
it might juat be the fact that the face cosmetics like beards or crocodile mundee or sideburns n what not need the same face posablity cus if you face pose the cosmetic then trying to applying it to a advanced modle the advanced modles face just sorta distorts same if you do vice versa. yes tenically their the same modles which is a lil confusing but the face posing is incredibly different from the basic modle, now it might be because i have the advanced face poser made by eltorro64 but either way its stupid it doesnt work with just a improved face poser especially if it changes lil to nothin id have to see for my self if its true but it might just be the fact that the face cosmetics are built after the basic modles and arent able to go higher for me

I'm not sure what you're talking about, the script runs for every model in the game, and it should match the face poses of any two models parented together as long as the names of their flexes are the same. You can merge two Kleiners together and it'll match their face poses.

It doesn't do anything special with HWM models, they just have different flex names from regular cosmetics, so there's nothing for the script to match.

Are you saying it isn't working on your end? Which models are you trying to use it with?

ngl this is useless im sorry man but it is i rarely use the hardware models anymore and the fact that you wouldnt make the script run for all tf2 models just makes 0 sense to me and makes feel your being lazy if it proves to you that this is useless. i had this mod on for over a year and hadent realized it was on till i checked out cosmetics mods. please either A fix the fact it only works with the hardware models or B idk just fix that part A anyway. i have 0 point of using this if doesnt work

my mistake, it's just incompatible with eltorro's advanced TF2 models. I feel stupid now.

Can't confirm, it's working just fine with the Easy Bonemerge Tool on my end. Is there a certain combination of models that's not working? Do you have some other bonemerge or face poser related addon installed that could be conflicting? I don't have much to go off of here.

Well apparently now I realize that the composite bonemerger tool automatically makes the bonemerger cosmetic flexes compatible with the ragdolls, so I probably don't need this anymore, unless there is some update, but it was good as long as I used it :')

3: Use the face poser tool to facepose the ragdoll normally, and the item will get faceposed with it
