@Aethis you could look into making a patch that replaces the list of events with just the cheese merchant one

i like this but i want to buy cheese in obscene amounts from a random merchant who specifically drops from the sky selling cheese, what do i do?

Yeah, I don't mind these; but Terraria at least gave you warning a bit beforehand (Elithian is also guilty of this)

i see a 'frequent events' version but was curious about an 'infrequent events' version instead. I like them but feel like they should be fairly rare

It disables things like random spacepods from the sky, the Ruin randomly invading, etc. Dungeons, holidays, and all that stuff are unaffected

What kind of events does this disable? The holiday stuff or unique encounters? Like running into a bad guy fortress or something. Just curious as to what it does, because i'm really not sure.

Why don't you want to use Betabound? It adds a lot of beta content back to Starbound, as well as enhancing the "vanilla" experience. It's not heavily modded in the sense of most mods: it actually adds REAL Starbound content back into the game - and more!
