for anyone asking about full black scopes and being unable to aim down them i believe ive solved this problem now if you are playing with base tfa switch over to tfa redux i cant say exactly why this solves it but it does or at the very least has for me (here is tfa redux https://test1.login.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2840031166 )

whenever i scope in, it gets extremely laggy and my frames drop instantly. they go back up when i zoom back out, any ideas on how to fix this?

ive tried lowering my graphics to the lowest levels but that didnt help
