- Fix ore extractor numbers not always clearing to zero when depletion finishes.

- Add filter modes to Extractor and Mass Storage UI popup.
- Extended filters on Extractor Display Unit.
- Add filter modes to Mass Storage Display Unit.
- Add display/filter modes for ore totals.
- Ore totals will account for multiple extraction machines on the same ore vein.
- Reduced network payload size from dedicated server to clients.
- Fix periodic update of research states which causes display units to not show cutter heads until the popup UI.
- Fix page numbers not show on some display unit modes.
- Minor bug fixes.
