- Added new modsetting:
"Add Old Optional Biomes?" -> Add Old Optional Biomes from DS? (may contain buggy ones)
tested it and it at least did not crash, is disabled by default. If you set number of optionaltasks high, you wil generate all of them.

renamed the grotto within files to "Grotto_old", in case the devs plan to add a new different grotto. (there must be a reason for removing the old one, although it was never used in default games)

fixed grotto and changed to server_only (instead of all_clients_require), because this version has neither startiing items nor infsued.
