Fixed the text filter and item quantity. These values no longer reset when reopening the interface even though they appear the same visually.

* Added a label that should make the advanced settings menu more noticable.
* Added the following categories under Objects:
- Liquids
- Platforms
* Fixed an issue that prevented the selected level being applied to certain weapons.

Added a weapon level setting, which can be found in the settings menu.
You can open the settings menu by selecting the cog in the top right corner of the interface.
