made map settings client sided

Fixed two spawns who could see each other.

Extended height of the room for.. reasons..

And ofc, added steam.

Reduced the overall width slightly.

Made the ramps less deep and reworked their design.

Tweaked certain cover and jump-up areas for better flow and visibility.

hopefully uploading the correct map now
