+ Increased the visibility of TV lines and positioned them behind the city and the moon.

+ "Phongalbedoboost" value changed from 5 to 30 to obtain a brighter shader like the original moonrise skins.
+ Update of the alpha channel to adjust with the new value "phongalbedoboost".
+ Removal of asymmetry between the left and right sides. Now the two sides are identical (buy menu view) but the star is only on the left side (FP view).
