Balancing Patch with regards to new guns

Changes:
Increased damage on all guns
Largely increased damage on guns that run on high caliber ammunition
Greatly increased damage on shotguns
Fixed fire-rate issues with Pernach, Stetchkin and Grom
Increased spread on Dvutsevka
Increased spread slightly on Ogon
Fixed ammunition issue with PKM
Greatly buffed damage on Automatic and Semi-Auto snipers

Added new modded guns to replace old russian ones.
They are currently unobtainable on the map and only available for playtesting purposes.

The hope is that they will be available for players to buy from the NPCs on the map in a few days, once they have been balanced correctly.
