Anyone can participate in the contest. You will have to put some effort into it, though. Just giving an idea will not qualify.

I would have a question about the contest: do you think that I could participate in this only with an idea as a member of a group? I'm bad at 3D things (Hammer and Blender).

i dont like the font and photoshop layers effects. but other is great! great idea!
