Tip:
If your PC is *really* bad, enable console in Options > Game Settings > Enable Console YES

Then when in game, open console with the tilde key and type the following:
"r_fullbright 1" -- Removes all shadows from the map (1 = enable, 0 = disable)
"fx_enable 0" -- Removes gun effects, explosion effects, and the green glow of drops
"r_fog 0" -- Disables fog

Gracias! Aunque ciertamente también es conveniente utilizar la consola para jugar en modo ventana, de este modo se obtienen mejoras maravillosas en cuestión de rendimiento :3

Thanks for the tip, personally I dont really need this except for zombies on certain maps with friends my PC doesnt like me too well. But otherwise for campaign and small scale multiplayer (5v5/6v6) I can hit 70-80fps with everything maxed out. ALSO A HUGE TIP! Downlaod System Explorer from majorgeeks site and launch WaW. Now piroitize WaW has High and Permenant.
