Kuvaus
Since using pre-1996 flags assotiated with the Republic of Belarus became illegal in the Republic of Belarus, I made this small mod which removes ALL flags assotiated with this particular country from the game.

Having placeholders for such flags have questionable legal status there too so flags were simply removed.

Smoke test shown no problems with doing so (except occasional random flag usage for your Divisions).
