I have found the best endgame location to find and gather Tier V resources, This location have no enemies and avoid both Stardust pollution and By-The-wind encounter.

The location are different in this scenario starting in BlackFell Fallen Zone working your way up to Vena Fjord.

For those who havn't reached the endgame area of deviation survive capture preserve, or preparing to start this scenario, the last area contains two obstacles that are annoying if you desperately need resources like Platinum Crystals to either start fusing or to get tier V gear. The Pollution which if you do get enough pollution resistances, you still slowly drain sanity, and if you are low enough on health/sanity, a By-The-Wind spawn with Psi Ray will kill you unless it delt with.

If you are playing with the Lunar Revelry active, then it is near impossible to do without dying immediately and have to wait 30 mins for the lunar cycle to end to start gather resources.

This location will be inside the mountain locationed at Tundra Monolith. 2597.4428.

The best location I have found is the west side entrance near the Hiverail Restricted Area, There are a few ways to enter the inner mountain.

-You can enter by the few opening holes that are on the side of the mountain,
-climb the mountain tell you enter the inner spiral and jump down directly from the middle
-Take the Hiverrail teleporter and travel east to the cave entrance

My opinion would be taking the teleporter to the west side because you can in fact place your base right outside the entrance of the cave. (red line)
If you don't have that teleporter, your going to have to take the long road up the mountain and follow down the middle.(yellow line)

The location from the west side is very ideal because you can place your base down right outside the entrance of the cave allowing you to enter every time resources respawn and completely avoiding any pollution hazards. furthermore, you can get very nice view of the area if you care about that.






Note that even those the area says it level 37, it will still drop Tier V resources.

When you enter the cave you will get lost very easily, when you enter, keep going straight tell you hit the first zipline up and it will take you to 3 small encampments. i apologize for both the low rendering and photo on guiding to the location.


There will be 3 small encompments all containing boxes and resources.

Note that when traveling to this encampment, you will see another encampment before you reach the one I mention, it has almost nothing that it not really worth looting.

The second Camp location a bit tricky, you have to take a few zipline and cross a giant spine bone to the next encampment. easy to get lost so here a example path



Once up there, start looting.

there are two major areas that have a lot of resources.

The third floor of the main base, be sure to loot everything including the forth floor, take note that they will not always be the same metal boxes, they can spawn as either ammo, medical boxes or food boxes.


And the first floor outside of the building to the left of the same building, use your senses to see the 3 boxes.



They will spawn the same amount of boxes every time.


Also! ignore the area above this encampment, it looks like there a whole another encampment and there is, but no resources spawn up there.

if you continue the follow the giant spine bridges, you will find a decently size camp however, it is full of level 50 enemies that are those snow deviates that throw snow at you and can't be killed, and a giant one in the middle, my suggestion if you do decide to take it on, just run and loot, ignore all boxes unless for sure you won't be harassed too harshly.

You will get a decent amount of loot out of it, this is just a lazy man's way of doing it, if your not in the mood to do any form of combat or don't want to deal with the lunar cycle.

I got 12 Platinum Crystal from one run, it takes 5 mins to do along side other resources, specially electronic parts.
