Initial Settings

First of all, make sure you selected '1st PV' in the options, as shown in the image below.

Finding your blue archive installation folder

Use this image below to localize your Blue Archive installation folder

After this, enter BlueArchive_Data>>>StreamingAssets>>>Video

Replacing the files

Replace the 'title' file with the file of your choice. Make sure the video file is in .mp4 format. Rename the .mp4 to 'title

Optional: Personalize music on startup screen

Repeat the same file replacement process in the folders shown in the image (BGM AND VIDEOS REPLACE BOTH FILES). Make sure the audio file is in .OGG format and that the file names match the original ones (always make a backup before replacing anything)
