Achievement in Trosky Region

Poet's Gut*
Every strophe is a work of art.
*This Achievement Is Missable
After you have mended the clothes of the old woman Kvetoslava in the quest Source of Inspiration, pass the speech check dialogue option with her in the following dialogue.

Vengeance Solves Nothing*
You let Burkhard live.
*This Achievement Is Missable
Go to Burkhard's bandit camp at night and find his "Murderer's Helmet" in the storage chest. Return the helmet to Voyta and pass the speech check dialogue option.

Flagellum Dei
Score 150 points in the mounted archery competition.
To begin the quest Horses for Courses, head to Nomads Camp in the Trosky Region. Speak with Bibrek the Archer and Horse Handler Mikolai there.

Initially, you'll need to complete three mandatory competitions for Bibrek. After these, you can participate in additional competitions of increasing difficulty.

It's important to note that you don't need to score 150 points in a single competition. Instead, you just need a cumulative total of 150 points across all competitions. The difficulty level (Easy, Hard, or Tengri's) does not affect this cumulative score.

Achievement In Kuttenberg Region
Curiosity Killed the Cat*
If you hadn't poked around, Libor wouldn't be swinging.

*This Achievement Is Missable

You can unlock this by completing the "Madman's Broken Sword" side quest, which becomes available during the sixth quest, "Man Proposes."
Here's how:

Quest Walkthrough
1) Accept the Quest: Speak to Libor at the dugout to receive the "Madman's Broken Sword" quest.

2) Repair the Sword: You'll need to reforge the sword. Simply using a blacksmith kit won't work.

3) Materials Needed:
  • one Fastening Material
  • three Frankfurt Steel
  • Madman's Broken Sword (from Libor)

4)Return to Libor: Go back to the dugout and give the reforged sword to Libor.
Pass the Speech Check: Make sure you successfully pass the hard speech check so Libor decides to keep the sword.

5)Wait and Return: Head to Maleshov and wait for 24 hours. Afterward, return to the dugout. You'll find Libor hanging, and the achievement will unlock.

Painted*
But not paid for.
*This Achievement Is Missable

In the 8th quest, "Stained Honour," you can unlock an achievement by painting over the artwork in the Bailiff's room in Pschitoky. Your journal will refer to this act as "defacing the painter's work." The achievement pops instantly. Just be aware that this is an illegal action, so you'll need to be ready to make a quick getaway!

Nothing But the Best
Give the painter medicine of the highest quality.

In the ninth DLC quest, "Root of Evil," you'll obtain the 'Mandrake Decoction' recipe, a painter's medicine. To craft this potion at Henry's quality (which is necessary for the achievement), you'll need three key ingredients:
  • Freshwater Pearls: Abundant at the bandit camp located northeast of Danemark, by the river.
  • Mandrake Root: Given to you by Gravedigger Frantichek after you assist him in a fistfight.
  • Sage: Two units are required.
To achieve Henry's quality, you'll need Alchemy Level 16 and the "Secret of Secrets" perk. Upon successfully crafting the potion, the achievement will unlock instantly.

All Fun and Games
Hopefully now Stihlau understand there are some things you shouldn't joke about.

After finishing the mission where you retrieve the Mary statue and You have to saved Chrudosh, revisit Stihlau(he is a worker in manufactory and a friend of Chrudosh). Simply speaking to him will unlock this. You'll find him in an alley on the western side of Kuttenberg

If you need help finding him, there's a picture below for a map location:

Confessor*
The painter told you everything.
*This Achievement Is Missable
You can unlock this after completing the sixth and seventh quests, "Man Proposes" and "God Disposes."

To do so, ensure you thoroughly discuss Voyta's past by exhausting all dialogue options with him at the conclusion of "God Disposes."

Boneworks
You helped the executioner, knacker, and ossuary guardian.

The three relevant quests to be:
  • Assisting Gravedigger Ignatius at the Trosky cemetery during "Forbidden Fruit," a part of Kreyzl's questline.
  • Helping Brother Morticius in the Kuttenberg cemetery during "Thou Art But Dust."
  • Supporting Executioner Heinz in Kuttenberg during "The Executioner's Pride."
The last Quest is a new one and the quest will begin with a tip-off from the Hole in the Wall bar owner about Executioner Heinz needing assistance from a blacksmith.just complete the quest and if you didn't skipped the other 2 quests before you will get the achievement.

Masterpiece
You finished Brushes with Death.
You will unlock it automatically after you finish the DLC.

Rest in One Piece
Return the skull to the rest of the body.
At the end of the DLC, you will receive Vojtech's skull if you convince Votya to not destroy his painting. Return to Vojtech's grave and dig it up (you'll need a shovel) to unlock the achievement. A map marker for Vojtech's grave appears after your first visit, but if you need the map location, here it is.
Other Achievements
Bohemian Graffitti
Have every type of shield painted.
Completing the first DLC quest grants you the ability to paint shields.

You'll find the painter in a room adjacent to the scribe at Trosky Castle, located in the Trosky Region.

To unlock the achievement, you must paint one of each of the following four shield types. Your choice of patterns, colors, and symbols won't affect the achievement:
  • Circular/Round Shield
  • Heater Shield
  • Knight Shield
  • Tower Shield

Bohemians Rise Up!
Bohemians Rise Up!

To earn the "Bohemians Rise Up!" achievement, you must paint three separated knight shields, each bearing one of Bohemia's distinct kingdom crests.

Please note, this achievement can only be pursued after completing the fourth DLC quest, "Portrait in Red," as this unlocks the "Eagle Sable" crest, which is essential for one of the shields. Additionally, you'll need the "Lion Argent" crest, which becomes available only after finishing the final main quest, "Judgment Day."

While the specific pattern chosen for the shield generally doesn't matter, the following combinations have been confirmed to unlock the achievement. When in the painting menu, select these options from left to right:
  • Shield 1: Bordeaux Gules, Bordeaux Gules, Historical, Lion Argent
  • Shield 2: Azure, Azure, Historical, Moravian Eagle
  • Shield 3: Gold, Gold, Historical, Eagle Sable
here all three shields for reference:
The End

Thank you for visiting this guide! I trust you found it helpful. As my first work here, I would appreciate your feedback, and I welcome your thoughts on how I can continue to improve. And if you have any issues with achievements you can share it and together we could find the solutions for it!

@Challenger there shouldn't be any problem with the achievements

I finished the game long time ago. I did everything there was to do in the game. Can I get all DLC achievements now? Or I will miss a few?
Abdullah 3 Jun @ 2:17pm
When I reloaded an earlier save I noticed I didn't have the 'Do it for Voyta' dialogue option. I must have done some mistake leading up to that conversation...

I just wanna add, to get the "Rest in One Piece" achievement, you need to NOT convince Votya to destroy his painting as he will not give you the skull with that ending.
Abdullah 1 Jun @ 4:23pm
It would seem that I don't have Vojtech's skull even though I've completed his story and the confession achievement. Any help? Thanks in advance.

Bohemians Rise Up! - the first shield should be painted GULES color, not Bordeaux. Also it does not matter about the pattern, you just need to select the same color twice for it to become a solid color again. So what matters is the combination of color and symbol.
