Shoulder Thirdperson Camera

Have you ever installed a thirdperson camera addon, only to be annoyed when you can't see what you're shooting at because your head is in the way? This addon implements a thirdperson view without that problem by having the camera be offset off to the side instead of just behind you, so now you can see what you're looking at! The camera also orients itself to point at the position you're looking at, so you also don't have to worry about the crosshair being inaccurate. To enable the shoulder camera, set cl_shoulder_thirdperson_mode to either 1 or 2, depending on which shoulder you want the camera to be on. The default value of 0 disables it.
