There is a better spot for sulfur at -743, -442 and seems to be the best place in terms of setting up a base for automated harvest. Other spots have too much lava that can kill your digtoises or won't let you set up a base at all (pyre tower). I haven't found anyone mention this spot yet so I thought I'd share it here.
