Introduction


As always, SCS presented the new DLC with the help of a trailer and at the same time started a community event with #CruisingMissouri[blog.scssoft.com], which runs until 8 June 2025. This guide is a part of my American Truck Simulator 100% Achievement Guide and contain huge spoilers! If you want to figure it out by yourself: DON'T USE THIS GUIDE!


If you purchased the DLC at launch, you was able to get a Tom Hopper Plush, if you linked your Steam account to your World of Trucks profile and delivered one cargo from or to Columbus. In addition, if you participated in the community event, you could receive a new paint job - Beast of Burden - if you delivered freight to or from 12 different cities (=all) in Missouri and if the community goal was reached, you could also receive a Striking Mule ornament and Show-Me Pillowto decorate your cab.

There are at least 17 viewpoints, but you only have to watch 12 of them. Here`s a full list:

Discover at least 10 cities in Missouri


There are at least 12 cities, but you only have to discover ten of them. Here`s the full list:

Complete a delivery to at least 2 underground Terrastore warehouses


There are four cities with Terrarstore warehouses:
  • Joplin
  • Kansas City
  • Springfield
  • St. Louis

The locations are:

Deliver ammonia and sulphuric acid to Namiq in Joplin, then complete a dynamite delivery from it


Just search for this cargo and deliver it to the Namiq area in Joplin and later the dynamite from it. They look like:





If you have trouble finding jobs, go get a Gas Tank or D-shaped Tank and try to find some at Joplin or Columbia.

I delivered Dynamite FROM NAMIQ in Joplin, MO, to TEXAS, and it was way over 100 miles....but didn't get credit. :steamthumbsdown:

My two cents on the people saying their delivery didn't count. It doesn't specifically say this in the rules for the personal goals but it does mention it in the community goals: IN ORDER FOR THIS TO COUNT THE DELIVERY MUST BE OVER 100 MILES IN DISTANCE.

So, if you're going from a neighboring city and its under 100 miles, I don't think it "technically" counts towards your personal goals either. I just experienced this last night, if you need to just fast travel to the next closest city and pick up a delivery to your desired city - good luck.

The achievements seemed underwhelming to me. I got Subterranean and Show-Me-State during the Cruising Missouri event. Had only two viewpoints left for Ozark Explorer. What a Blast went very well with the gas tank and the d-shaped tank.

Sorry, but anhydrous ammonia still needs a gas tank trailer. ;) The D-shaped (or deep drop) is for the sulphuric acid. Didn't want to confuse you.

Yes, Missouri achievements are very easy to get, but i'm afraid that next chapter of Driving Academy will have the hardest achievements so far, honestly i think it will be hell for some players. I think they shouldn't make new achievements for driving academy.

There is no acid tank any more (for sulphuric acid). It was removed in update 1.32. Instead, there is a trailer called D-shaped Tank for "corrosive, toxic or otherwise dangerous liquids." The body "chemical tank" can be changed to Deep Drop Tank (which is most likely also a tank for the above-mentioned liquids).

I don't think it matters where you deliver to the place, both of mine were above ground and they counted, any change you delivered to the same one both times, they have to be different to count.

FYI - I did a delivery to Springfield Terrastore but it was dropped off at an above ground area and did not count for the achievement.

BTW, I do World of Trucks personal and community events firstly, New skins, achievement. You need to haul from/to every state city with route length more than 100 miles. It's more interesting way to cover new DLCs
