First Navigate to:
Steam/SteamApps/common/deadrising3/data/ui/dr3main/screen

Now make a folder here, name it "Backup" (or whatever you like). Drag into this folder the following files:

hud_inventory_radial (Crafting will be disabled, use your safehouse to restock)
hud_minimap
hud_missions
hud_npc
hud_overlays
hud_player
hud_pp_level
hud_reticle

Put the hud files back in the screen folder to undo it
