it's not because of the proportions, it's because of the animations taken from the NPC and I can't do anything about it

thanks for replying! i think the model for npcs might used male citizen's skeleton which causes the npc model has inappropriate shoulder scale. (the playermodel does not have this issue)

could u make an update for adjusting the bone config of npcs? [thx for porting this model to gmod btw, gj!<3<3<3]
