ok so here is everything I tried to fix it


1. try reinstalling dlc's


2. try reinstalling game


3. try reinstalling mods


and here is the thing I tried and it worked




4. uninstall Tboi ( You dont really have to but I did ) open up the arrow on your screen ( right bottom ) right click on steam icon and close steam from there, now open up steam in administrator mode and open tboi.


and if it worked you will need to open steam as administrator every time you want to play tboi


If it didint work I dont know, It worked for me so yeah
