You will need to go to underwater labs and just wait for a whole day collecting the loot that respawns and "controlling it".

Later when you are back at base. Farm naked t'ill you have enough to make a tower near Oxums or Supermarket, once the tower done go to the top of it and just wait and shoot everyone you see. Once your enemys killed, go loot them naked. Ez wipe
