Locate Prey in your Steam Library
Right click on it
Manage
Browse local files
In the window that has just appeared open GameSDK, then Videos

Deleting the video files

Delete the following files, or rename them adding .bak after the file extension:

ArkaneLogoAnim_Redux_1080p2997_ST-16LUFS.bk2
Bethesda_logo_anim_white.bk2
LegalScreens.bk2
Ryzen_Bumper.bk2
startup_loop.bk2

Easier way:

In steam, under properties, put in the parameters
"-skipArkIntro"
or if you play MoonCrash, put
"-skipArkIntro" "-loadFrom=Whiplash" "-dlc=865670"

You can disable these from the Mooncrash DLC as well, they're located in the 'Whiplash\GameSDK\Videos' directory of the main install folder.
