Crystal Clear Sounds is a sound modification that edits the in-game sounds to something a little more appealing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will you update this?
A: When Garry's Mod gets a Source 2 update.

Q: The footstep sounds are not loading correctly, how can I fix this?
A: If you run this addon for the first time, then yes it will load funny. If it continously happens then type in the following console commands to help you load custom sounds: sv_footsteps 1, and cl_customsounds 1. This this still doesn't work on servers, simply type in console if you have access mp_footsteps 1.

Q: What if I only want footstep sounds instead of weapon switching sounds, visa-versa?
A: Well, i'm working on how to turn off sounds in-game with ConVars when I only learned how to use ConVars when I was using Dynamic View Bobbing. Sounds with ConVars are still in progress

Q: Does this soundpack include soundscripts?
A: Currently soundscripts are not supported in Garry's Mod since they are whitelisted and cannot be uploaded within an addon, sad to say.

Wall man CSGO 2 is coming out and some people are saying that they are trying to mod it to hl2 and then gmod but we have to wait till september to see if something changed.

source 2 isn't coming to gmod but you might be able to mod it in the other sandbox game they have
