104% save bug:

When collecting white diamonds/gems (by breaking all the boxes in the stage), you will normally increase your save completion percentage by 1% to 3%. Some stages in particular always give you 3% completion when picking up the diamond/gem.

However, there is a bug in the remake in which if you pick up the diamond/gem from the stages that give you 3% (like "Fumbling in the Dark" and "Stormy Ascent" for example) when you already achieved 100% on your save, the game will only give you 2%. This makes it impossible for you to reach the so-called 105% game completion (by collecting 27 diamonds/gems, 26 time relics with Gold or Platinum, and defeating Neo Cortex).

Therefore, I recommend getting all the diamonds/gems before anything else you are going to do in the game. After that, when you have 27/26 diamonds/gems and 99% save completion, then get the Golden/Platinum relics, enter The Great Hall and defeat Neo Cortex.

Ao coletar diamantes/gemas (ao quebrar todas as caixas numa fase), você normalmente aumentará em 1% até 3% sua porcentagem de conclusão de save. Algumas fases em específico, sempre te dão 3% de conclusão ao pegar o diamante/gema.

Por tanto, recomendo pegar os diamantes/gemas antes de qualquer outra coisa que você for fazer no jogo. Após isso, quando você estiver com 27/26 gemas e 99% de conclusão de save, aí sim, pegue as relíquias, entre no The Great Hall e derrote Neo Cortex.
