About "Kara" and why it's good
"Kara moves" are moves with a better range than usual.

Kara'd moves are always cancelled from a "forward-moving" move at its startup which will take you further, like Ken's Forward + MK or Akuma's far standing HK.

Many moves can be kara'd, usually throws and command grabs, but sometimes specials too (including SCs and UCs).

Kara throws are always cancelled from normals and unique normals.
Examples:
Ken's Kara Throw (Forward +MK ~ LP+LK)
Akuma's Kara Throw (HP~LK+LK)


There are certain moves that can be cancelled from anything, such as the Raging Demon.

Ibuki's Raida can be cancelled out of her command dash at its startup which extends its range.
Input
The input for Kara Raida:

Quarter-circle forward, half-circle backward, LK/MK/HK ~ LP/MP/HP

Important: Execute QCF and HCB in a quick succession.
The order is important, switching up QCF and HCB will do a Kara Neckbreaker (which is kinda pointless).

LK/MK/HK determines kara range.
LK Command Dash starts up the fastest, that being said Kara Raida from LK Dash will take you the furthest.

LP/MP/HP determines Raida range.
HP Raida has the greatest range, this means Kara Raida with H.Raida will grab from the furthest range.

In conclusion, to achieve maximum Raida range, do that:

QCF, HCB, LK ~ HP
