the muzzle flash does not work on any of the guns... not a big deal just very annoying

I have tf2 mounted but some things are errors, some things just dont work, the gun models themselves usually show up but for whatever reason the hand models are pink and purple, is there a way I can fix this?

@Immortal Sparrow You need to install TF2. Messaging me on ONE addon was good enough, you did not have to spam all of my TF2 Addons about the same error...
