I hope you will see this comment. I'm facing an unfair lockdown. I have never used cheats and constantly helped to fight cheaters. One day I came to a friend. I logged into my account and into the game on his computer. But there were cheats installed on his computer, I didn't see or use them, and I got blocked. He pleaded guilty and wrote in support. He was told that they would help me and conduct an investigation. But I got an answering machine. I am ready to fully provide all the information. Can you reply to my email eg8989646@gmail.com . There are things on my account that I left for tuition fees, But now my relatives from Ukraine need them. Here are screenshots of the support emails:

If anyone at Valve could give the community an update on the situation and let us know if it’s being worked on and when it might be fixed that would mean a lot. And if this email could be forwarded or shared to anyone more directly involved with Team Fortress that would be very much appreciated.
-Thanks
