Do you like slay the spire? Do you like towers that DEFEND you? Do you like Slaying the spire WHILE towers defend you? Then this is the game experience for you. Closer to a game like One Step From Eden than STS but really both are close. It's a great game though. Go for it. Ya know you want to. Do It.

One of my favorite games of 2021. It's short (for an idle game.) but its unique enough its still fun and worth the price. Ignore the haters saying it looks like Loop Hero - they are VERY different experiences. If you like idle games this is a MUST PLAY for 2021!

Then this is the game for you. An easy pickup for anyone who's a fan of coop shooters.

It's got its downsides - the store/selling portion is pretty boring. I would honestly rather they just give you the money and not force you to sit through times, but it is what is it. Also you gotta run items around your base and sometimes they can get stuck apparently? also basketball is a hard sport.

the upsides though are great! I enjoy the exploration portions of the game. It's like playing First Person I Spy. You'll get to that ONE item left and spend 30 minutes looking for it, only to hit your forehead as there's an axe sitting next to the wall you've ran past 20 times. Hard to compare this game to anything else, and its well worth the price.

One of the best jobs I've seen of mixing classic logic puzzles into a 3D experience worth of the video game format. I can only say I can't wait for whatever this creator comes out with next!

This game is fun and has a neat premise - being a sky trader! It's just also not the best design wise and really has some weird flaws that could be looked at better.

Pros:
It's got a nice progression system. You start as merely a sky trader searching for good deals, but eventually you get to create your own means of production for the base goods.
It's got a nice system of quests/puzzles to unlock further features in the game.
The graphics are nice and the theme is cool! Always enjoyed airships and market games.

Cons:
The "Tutorial" is very short and not always super intuitive about the way the game is played. consider an arrow at the start so people know they can scroll over in the town? It took me a few minutes to figure it out. I will go ahead and mark 'yes' since there's no "If you're into this kinda gameplay' option, but I certainly think there's still a some room for improvements.

Travel needs to be more clear. Early on you don't really realize that there's a limit. I (and I assume most others) had to start a second time to not completely waste all the batteries (That nothing in the beginning that explains what those are) to be able to get around and explore the map to find some other spot to and and HOPE that it has a recharging station. Maybe you could make changes to the line that shows up when you click somewhere that goes red if its moving past your current amount of energy charge.

needs a 'quick recharge' option at town menu. It's really annoying (especially mid-late game) how often you're stopping at places just to fill up and to leave again and how long it takes you to do th at when you just wanna be on your way. A feature that lets you 'Quick Recharge' outside of the town screen would really be helpful.

make it so recharge station is ALWAYS at the front. Shouldn't have to scroll for the most important part of the port. (Unless you add the quick recharge; then discard.) It's annoying that they're not always at the front in the randomly generated towns!

Also I think more consistency should really be in place for the naming of things. They all seem to have a random front part and random back part from a word pool where the islands and towns share the same pool and its annoying! My wheat island shouldn't be called "burg" or "city" when its clearly not. Consider having them default to ??? before you explore them if you want to keep it a mystery.

I will say despite the many knit picks I had with this game I certainly enjoyed, I'm just uncertain if I can really recommend the game in its current state when it feels like its 75% done and needed a bit more polish.

If CIV was actually a good 4x game.

This game is a neat little simulation game that lets you run a town instead of going out and rpging yourself. The biggest issue I have with it is they still expect you to WANT to watch the expeditions despite them just being your units walking for 30 sec - 1 minute. There's no "Repeat" option unless you're watching them and not messing around with your town, and everytime it default drags you into the combat screen. This game is halfway between an idle game and a simulation game and I think just ends up frustrating people who wanted either.

This game has been out for almost a year now and has made very little progress from its initial launch. EVEN WORSE they now have "experimental" mode where you can BETA test for the BETA. Yo dawg. Just an early abuser of early access - I won't be surprised if this game goes shovelware and they just abandon it all together and steal people's money. VERY little to do in terms of Idle games - I have way more fun with some of the free games out there. I expected a lot more for shelling out 30 bucks. Very disappointed in my purchase.
