Not only i bought this game under the influence of very very false advertisement,this game is dissapointing in almost every aspect there is to it, the only thing you can praise about this game is half of the city and the music, the rest is all scam theres not even a point to leveling up beyond level 10 or 13 honestly , theres a huge skill tree, thats pretty much , more damage here more crit there etc etc.

The AI is simply insulting and its the only reason why this game is a must refund for anyone under the 2hs mark, the city looks great, but is all smoke and mirrors , theres 100 billion buildings , you can go inside of the a few of them and they all look the same, the apartment, the club, the corporate building or some spot on the street between others , killing enemies is pointless , theres severall gangs or factions, that actually are not really there, because you cant join them, you cant wipe them out by killing all of them so why even bother? why having factions or gangs but you cant make them win or lose? rule or be ruled?

The Ai in every non hostile npc on the street is the same as a brick , they only have 3 reactions, escape running , raise hands, or be crowched in fear, the driving AI also is half a brick ! dont even want to mention it because is pretty obvious really , i dont even have a problem with bugs and optimization i have a problem with the game being super mediocre, they said NO FETCH QUEST! every single quest on this game is a fetchquest, the weapons the armor is all pointless you could be wearing anything in the game and upgraded and mod it and anything can be top tier item or close to it , so being an rpg falls completelly flat on the sense of drop the game has , you dont even need a drop or craft anything to be honest because this game dificulty is a complete joke, and you would have no problem beating the game without a single item on you

The cars are mostly all the same you can barely feel any speed difference in most of them, and they are the most basic mount type in an open world game i have eveer seen considering this is a next gen 2020 tittle man , theres no difference between the cars and roach , they are just a horse with a bag, nothing else, the weapons are good but most of the good weapons aim auto and with the enemies lacking AI and you having an aimbot, makes this game the dullest experience ever, you could have fun for a while with a melee build but guess what , melee weapons only have one finisher and its completely stupid honestly youll see it for yourself !

I could go forever and ever ,in why this game is not a product of rushed development or what ever nonesense you believe , this is a complete lack of skill in making anything more than a mediocre repetitive open world game just like the witcher was but with guns and meaningless implants
