Loved World, and this one is even better.

I came from about 30 hours on PS4, and though surely the PC version would be even better. I was wrong. Where to begin. Overall an un-fun mess of a game. It's ugly, even at Ultra settings on a 1440p 144hz monitor. Capped at 30 on the PS4 Pro on a 4K OLED with HDR, this game looks and feels so much better there. It runs poorly on a mid to high end system. The only thing well done here are the cars themselves, the customization, and the sound design. None of those are good enough for me to keep playing, I wouldn't recommend this racer to anyone on PC. I would point them instead to Forza Horizon, that game has every ounce of polish you could ever want in a racing game.
