Cool game, hackers are few and very obvious. Each server has an admin that takes care of it :)

Constant collision bugs with objects and gravity that have never and will never be addressed at this point (since game has obviously been abandoned) that instakill you at every step of the way makes this game unplayable since everytime you go down some steps that are at most one inch tall, you die. Reminds me of the old DayZ mod where even rocks could kill you with fall damage by stepping on them. Well this is just like that.

Add to it a huge bug regarding the vehicles, specially the big rover. If you use it, it will most likely crash your game after a certain point and render all progress useless and broken. The rover will begin to have collision bugs and everytime you load the game it will crash no matter what after a few minutes, even if not using it, or looking at it, or just running away to another planet. The game at this point becomes unplayable and its GG, game over.

Sadly, when you get to find out about these extremelly gamebreaking bugs happening, its too late and you can't refund since the game takes too long to reach that point.

Its probable that the devs knew this, and so your game saves everytime you enter or leave a vehicle. (this is their workaround instead of fixing the bug). The reports from players about these things go back to even 3 years from today, and the thing hasn't ever been fixed. So it will never be fixed.

TL;DR
the game has gamebreaking bugs that destroy your savefile. The game is also abandoned and thus this will never be fixed. Do not waste money on this broken game.

Fun and great game. Still in early development so it has a few small details and needs a bit more content / more daily missions. Found only one hacker in all my time playing and it didnt even bother me or anyone, it was actually hilarious since its a coop game. This has potential to grow even further with new content of all kinds. But playing solo is not that fun of an experience, you need to join a game with other people of course. Although the hardest difficulty is a bit too hard sometimes and you need very good luck to defeat it.
Good game 9/10

Good for playing with friends. Bad if you play online. Super toxic community, specially people on the same team. Stay with the bots.

I wrote this because APB is a good game, but has bad developers and when it dies someone should buy the rights and make things the right way!

Pros:
GTA pvp style game, Free to play, unique song system, unique customization system

Cons:
Pay to win, Full of hackers, Own company sells the hacks, Admins nonexistent. When they exist they abuse and steal accounts or kick people (they rage), Low player base (more chance that you will encounter a hacker), Server rank system based on bronze/silver/gold. You eventually reach silver rank and are pitted against all the gold players which are 90% hackers. Gamersfirst decided it was a good thing to remake the main menu which was an art masterpiece and turn it into an ingame rendered still image, increasing loading times a thousandfold on top of looking bad. New players wont know what this is. Also changed the original game theme as well, destroying even more the style the game had. Meaning it has nothing to do with the game. (street art techno chill punk turned now into mistery low bass song more fit to X Files)

Now onto the good stuff!! why are you hating so much?

This is an old story originally from this post (I was banned by an APB developer from that forum and post deleted, gladly all of it is in this review!)

THE STORY, in short, rather long
Originally posted by Garompa:
I was criminal. This happened in server Joker back in 2012-2013.

In a mission with my friends we crushed some guys. SynRapture, one of my friends upon winning the mission walked over the enemy car and teabagged it for a bit.

was then kicked from the game by an admin with the message "TROLOLOLOL", and his password and email were changed. His account had been stolen by a raging admin.

He couldn't access the account for like a week (in that time his character was seen online, someone was using it), we immediately started a private chat on the forums with 3 admins (pictures below), and then the next week his IP was also banned and to keep playing he had to create another account and change the IP which was a pain because he had static IP. Sadly his former account was premium and he lost money, and it was a lot since in our country 1 dollar = 15 bucks. We were told in the forums he could sue the company for this, and that another player had done it before and won a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money (dont know if that was true though). Sadly again, we live in Argentina and here there is no such thing as sueing a foreign company about a game... its like a freaking 3rd world country.

Later at some time we were put in mission against Fusm, an enforcer that was standing in the middle of the street as threat star 5 aimbotting everyone that passed by. He crushed us. We told him to stop. He then proceeded to tell us he was an admin and that we should not tell anyone or he would ban us. To prove it he kicked us all from the game, kick reason: careful.

To our horror, the old account of SynRapture was online and playing with his character (in that week before the IP ban), when we whispered the guy he disconnected.

Later, we found Ret, a criminal, that had Syn's car!! His character was exactly the same as Syn's stolen one. The real Syn on his second account was there and another friend was recording it. Ret's car got close to Syn, stopped for a second and Syn was kicked and IP banned again (the video is right below).

We saw the car again, but this time the player Gustaven had it. He told us he bought it from the auction from a player called Ret.

We started a forum post, that was then deleted because many things were said in it that the company didn't want anyone to know, like:

-"My account has been stolen by an admin too"
-"I know a guy that works there and he says they make the hacks and sell them as well"
-"The name and shame is to stop people from realising the admins are all hackers"
-"They dont care as long as they make money"
-"I know a few names of admins that are hacking, they are..."
-"I know his actual real names, a friend works there"

-"This is naming and shaming, thread locked and deleted!" (to prevent game developers being caught obviously, because what harm can someone do posting proof about some random hacker? you could make a whole forum thread about known hackers and it would be morally ok. This rule is totally fishy and unmoral, and stupid.)

Oh yes, the "name and shame", lets say you have a video of a hacker doing constant 360 spins and murdering everyone, you post it on the forums, the hacker gets away because thread is locked and deleted and so he is not banned because it is "bad" to post his name and video on the forums. This is a way to make sure you actually private messaged an admin (or made the mistake of naming him in the forums, and if he found out it was his own character he changed the name of his character, nobody finds out, because in Gamersfirst, admins hack :)

My friends and I got a few people interested in our story and got a few messages at each of us asking what the names where or what the story was. (pictures below with also the whole admin conversation)

We started two private conversations with some admins that ended up in two of them leaving the company (supposedly, or maybe it was a lie) and getting pretty heated up at another admin that was clearly in it or didnt care and never resolved anything.

The people involved in the chat:
SynRapture (the victim)
tangalanga (Syn again trying to be incognito. Wouldn't risk to speak again with his player account)
JohnLonchein (me)
Jericho (an admin that didn't help but seemed to defend his rogue admin co worker)
Para8818 (a helpful admin that left the company over this, suposedly)
GrnBeret2B (another admin that left Gamersfirst over this and pissed at Jericho, supposedly left too)

I whispered Gustaven about his car, that was from my friend Syn.

I'm sorry to say that the 4shared link to this screenshot has been mysteriously deleted TODAY 11/12/2016 by some reason. But here you can see the little image, inside this other screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/4iSlSH8.jpg

Looks like its been years so the image was an unreadable thumbsnail anyway, so here's the translation:
To Gustaven: I want one, who did you buy it from?
To Gustaven: how can I contact the one who made it?
Gustaven whispers: I think his name was RET, I didnt contact him though, just bought it ha...so ive got a stupid car marks and no custom license plate.
To Gustave: thanks

Finally one of the videos (the other video is from a "friend" or ex-friend that we don't see anymore, and have bad mojo with, and has put it in private so it has been lost. It was just a video showing Syn's car parked somewhere after his account was stolen, meaning someone was using his character, but nothing really happened because we didn't find the player):

Hope you enjoy your game....nah...I hope Gamersfirst burns in hell. Sell the game to someone else before that please.
