nah i'd win

this is the diet path of exile - but it gets better, devs actually care... about all that money that can be made from nice products

i was thinking of an accessible game, meaning minimalistic graphics, and this is it, overall quite simple too (mobile version has some weird restrictions on it)

this one is less like watching kittens, more like watching lions tear minorities demonic terrorists apart in the arena streets of japon and such, which look amazing despite minimalism (no need to run 40km for hours before all that)

it is simultaneously relatively low and high budget game, probably making monthly what bestseller indie slop makes from popularity; there are thus wealthy whale players that fund the game massively, but playing for free looks more reasonable (you likely have to spend a fortune to get notably boosted)

progression is supposed to take a long time (and you dont get wiped and nerfed into nothingness btw) - it may seem like unlocks could take ages, but in 1 to 5 months one could unlock effectively most taimanins, or most that matter or your favorites, and in that time 3 got released for 38 total

thats like 38+ builds and styles to play, something that would instead take eternity to build in path of exile if that much variety existed at all (if only over entire history) - some styles suck however - ultimately your base could produce resources to skip grinding and playing what you don't like

the gameplay challenges can range from easy mode story to ridiculously tough battles, often these extremes, tough endgame modes are pretty much top tier resource farming, pvp arena is similar, even if you most likely will be facing endless whale players - it does not really matter, so there is no competition; instead clubs and friends give benefits from cooperation

main story with 3d built into visual novel style is pretty good, fully voiced, unlike many others i suppose, classic japanese story rollercoaster being like sadge cbt session switching into cute and funny slice of life comedy into genocide terrorism arson ♥♥♥♥ into funny and so on (this is a timeline where nothing ever happens - kinda nice and comfy one)

there is a lot of stuff to collect and hoard i suppose, much more conveniently than in poe and for free, there is also something like 300+ days of rewards given out, which gives some major progress even if you are barely playing (tho i spent like 5$ to deal with one annoying jumpscare supporter offer - being 5 units for farming, probably first one maxed out)

it has a solid metal soundtrack and other storytelling variety, not too much variety, that part didn't see improvement over time, but there is also probably a trillion of nice voice actors too, it is sweet - overall 10/10 i like everything, could play forever and this is the good measure of a game - would you like to come back everyday? if not - then why bother with lackluster slop that must be repulsive on every level (and not appealing to anyone at all)

blue archive is generally undemanding and high quality, so totally recommended (potential billions of budget might have something to do with it)

"Dear diary." This is it. I have ended my miserable life.

I couldn't take this ♥♥♥♥ anymore. Being trapped in a wheelchair for the rest of my damn life is just not worth it.

The surgeons told me that everything would be ok, they gave me hope, only to crush it under the soles of their feet and watch me destroy myself. They lied to me! They didn't know what it felt like!

I thought I could handle my emotions, control them, contain them, prove them all wrong, but I was just too weak. I let it slip through my fingers, out of my grip. It poisoned me, it clouded my mind. They didn't know anything, they only feel the cold touch of their knives!

They gave me antidepressants. It helped me think clearly, to see things through. I took a couple of extra pills this afternoon, they showed me what I had to do in this... short moment of clarity. They showed me that there was noone and nothing worth living for.

They showed me how fake Sophie and my doctor were, how they were laughing at me behind their masks when I wasn't looking. Laughing at me, my legs, thinking that they are so good, that they are better than me. Pretending that they care about me, it's all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

The pills showed me the truth today, they always did. They opened my eyes, they gave me wisdom, and I acted upon it. So I had to kill Sophie and my doctor..., my... "mentor", my "counsellor". Heh. I had to take them down with me. They're not laughing any more!

Oh I wish I could've taken everybody with me, but unfortunately, my situation makes that impossible.

To whoever is reading this: I hope my dead body will haunt you forever. Have fun scraping my brains off the wall.

I just couldn't live this life anymore: my paralyzed legs made me worthless, and I felt like an outsider ever since the accident. Anxiety and depression controlled my life, and there was no way out of this bottomless pit. My friends looked right past me, my family abandoned me. Nobody wants a cripple, especially one that would need your help.
