Jägermeister - Muffins
250 g Mehl
200 g Zucker
250 g Butter
4 Ei(er)
100 ml Likör, (Jägermeister)
3 TL Backpulver
½ TL Natron
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Kakaopulver
3 EL Schokostreusel
Mehl mit Natron und Backpulver vermischen, danach Schokostreusel, Zimt und Kakao zufügen und zur Seite stellen.

Zucker mit Butter schaumig schlagen, dann nach und nach Eier hinzu geben sowie den Vanillezucker. Nun den Jägermeister unterrühren.

Nach und nach das Mehlgemisch dazugeben und vorsichtig verrühren.

In den auf 200°C vorgeheizten Backofen geben und bei 175°C Umluft 25-30 Minuten backen.
