Overall, a solid start for a demo, although it feels more like a first proof of concept than a fully fleshed out demo. The Steam listing looks promising with more levels, but I was unfortunately unable to get past the second level due to a number of reoccurring issues. With a bit of work and perhaps a visual overhaul, I could see something like this working well, but at this point it's something I'll keep in my library to come back to at a later date when it gets updated, and hopefully be able to change this review to a positive one. I'll list the main things I noticed below that will hopefully be addressed down the line.

• Star icons on the main menu flicker when going between buttons
  
• Certain sounds blew out my speakers at random
  
• Visually, a lot of elements look blown out to the point of being hard to tell what was going on at times
  
• The camera bugged out and suddenly zoomed in and out at times
  
• No clear instructions or tutorial could be found at any point
  
• The level select was also unintuitive and unclear about what each level was
  
• Movement is very floaty
  
• Didn't have to interact with the enemies at any point
  
• Lack of graphics options
  
• Weird clipping meant that it was really easy to fall off the map at nearly any point (also clipped inside the map multiple times)
  
• Crashed repeatedly seemingly at random
  
• Forced to go through the opening cutscene and level every time the game restarts

I hate this game in the best way. It's incredibly painful playing on higher difficulties, and requires a ton of patience and skill. I haven't played another game like it before.

Portal with RTX. 👍

This mod is seriously well-crafted and visually blows the other Portal games and mods out of the water. My only gripe? The ending feels rushed and kinda throws you off. But you can really see the love and effort that went into making it. I can't wait to replay it and get all the achievements I missed. Overall, flaws aside, it's a really fun and totally worth diving into if you're a fan of Portal. Just make sure you've played Portal 2 first to get acquainted with the puzzle style.

I can't believe I never reviewed this, but TMCC is great. The remastered graphics work really well in Halo 2, and feel like the definitive look of the franchise. I'm not a fan of how the Forerunner stuff got changed in CE, but it's nice to have everything in the game and easy to access. I'm yet to try out mods.

An amazing shooter. I've loved going back and forth trying to beat my friend's times and P ranking the game. It's fluid, has well thought out mechanics, and never feels like it overstays its welcome. V2 body pillow when?

I bought the campaign on day one, and tried to take my time with it. Issue was, I ended up beating the entire thing in under 8 hours, and I have no real interest in multiplayer. I tried it with one group and it was alright, but I'm not a multiplayer person. It's a real shame to see that this "10 year plan" has turned out to be nothing but bunk as I continue to wait for a campaign update to one of my favourite franchises. What was there was good, but there was so little content, and such a broken weapon meta, that I simply can't see myself coming back to it without a ton of work.

I loved this game, and it took me nearly 100 hours to complete. The mainline story was captivating, and I did enjoy all of the missions despite the bugs. My only gripe is that it drags on for quite a significant amount of time beyond the "ending", but I feel like that dragged more because I wasn't expecting it. This is the type of game that's probably better the second time around.
