The ashen one is a premade save that you can download and use, it has all gear alot of souls and all sorts of stuff. You can use whatever you want right from the get-go. So if you wonder about that well there you have it. I went to NG+ for that

If you fight a player, you are PvPing. Also I have not seen one other character named Soul of Cinder with a fully cosplay'ed build around it, Its a very unpopular choice. It was just an unranked astora straight sword - as I said, I'm not PVPing, so I'm not in the meta. And yeah, the soul of cinder greatsword is a popular choice for lvl 60 PVP meta.
And yeah, granted you only have 'just' a few more hours than me on DS3, i'd say '♥♥♥♥ off' next time you run into someone who doesn't want to PVP, rather than say 'hurr you got parried cause you bad' or 'you should just go offline noob!'

TBH going around in light Firelink armour with a greatsword, a parrying BUCKLER and a hornet ring is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuse to cosplay while embodying a cancer pvp meta ever lol.

I cant really change the moveset of my greatsword either now can I? He does infact impale you when on the ground, Gwyns moveset aka phase 2 after the juggle attack (which I cant do if you didnt know) Does a thrust down on you while you are on the ground. To simulate it? Hornet ring. Is it useful against ganks? Yes. If you ever want to 1v1 fight to prove yourself feel free to let me know Im always down to fight. Unless you are a "despy coward" which I dont think Despy is even a word

Like I said if you wanted to speed run through, you shoulda went to offline mode BEFORE doing so. Let me brush you up on a few things about Dark souls. A: You are talking about aldrich followers where some of the worst scum of players are because how fast you can invade in it what do you expect? B: If you are speed running through an area you can easily turn yourself to Offline mode. C. If you honestly came here to say 'you're an invader and you killed me so you're bad mmkay?' That just shows how you could not spank a backwards gank as such you should try invading and learning how to spank said ganks.

You can go offline in dark souls if you are speed running, end of story.
