BTW, BL3 now emphasize on char build rather than weapon dmg alone. If done correctly, you really don't need any mod stuff. Your char would be OP already!

Nice to see you again! Almost a year! Was starting to get worry. Good news, BL3 is way easier mod weapons with high dmg! No calculation necessary, just keep adding same strongest dmg part of same manufacture till you reach a max of 63 parts per weapon.
