Has anyone tried the Legacy Mod? I have been trying to Improve MP Stability. There are some helpful pointers on the first page on how to improve stability even without installiing the mod

Ahah! Knew all that scrolling would be worth it, wasn't expecting this many people though ;) Last time I used a lan-modifier for minecraft I think it was about 4 hours of fighting to connect before giving up... any chance of a quick run through on how to connect through Hamachi?
