Context you don't need. Added nephews to the family, but they weren't on for more than half the year so I booted them to add different family. And "created" 4 slots, knowing there was a cooldown.

So I waited until the time, which was originally 11/23 and changed to 11/25 randomly. The time came and I invited 3 of the 4 people I planned on bringing into the family. And only 1 was able to accept it, had an issue with one member joining so I figured it was a timeframe thing. And after it said I had to wait for 12/23.

I assume it goes on the History of when someone was added and goes from there. And simply going by the History Steam shows me. I should have had 1-2 more slots open up, since it lists a date like 11/28 for when two people joined and the earlier one at 11/25.

The reason I say 1-2, is because one of family I brought back in breifly before kicking again from non-use.
