wow this this is bs idk how to forward ports?

i've read the multiplayer manual, doesn't tell me anything about the ports i need to open except one to be ale to connect to metaserver. can't reemer last time i had to open some damn ports to play a new game. Anyone help me? I really want to try this out on multi. Yes i am behind a router. I've opened my firewall thoguh.

To mmitchel; ports need to be forwarded and firewall halted from stopping the game. Go to paradox forums and look at the multiplayer manual pages 5-7

is anyone having trouble joining a game? me and my buddie cant seem to join games or host and have ppl join ours. it crashes and goes back to the lobby.....
