We've got a Last Stand server: 74.91.126.62:27015
We've got an active staff complete with one 3 mods, an operator and a couple other lower ranked admins. I give away free VIP admin ranks each month, and we're an acrtive community with other gamemodes as well.

Here's a suggestion that eliminates the need for the 4-player rule limit by making it a feature.

Hard code teams into the game (Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta etc) and cap them at 4 players. All others are solo.
