yeah, you can still get random hats. i really dont mind, unlike the original system giving actual advantages to random players, this is purely cosmetic

Little confused though as to why they haven't just removed the random drops, I'm still picking up crap I dont need. They should stop the random drops for weapons and just make them for the hats.
