Conscript Closed Multiplayer Beta

If you're here you have been choosen to be a part of the Closed MP Beta for the Quake/PC port of the PSP conscript. Enjoy your stay and watch for announcements! Be sure to tell your friends about us, especially the ones who could help us out :)

This is an experiment on my part to see how well something like this would go before moving onto singleplayer content and eventually the source version of conscript.

PM me, Biodude for any further questions on facepunch (named t-man) or Moddb.

The actual play testing of this will take place in the next upcomming weeks, you'll be kept posted until then.

Whatever files you do recieve I encourage you not to leak them- since it will most likely heavily diminish the possibilty of having something like this again with newer builds/content. This is a taste of conscript and you're a part of it

Follow our moddb page or Facepunch thread (or both) and keep up with our rad updates for Conscript and Conscript's Portable counter-part on the PSP

One last note. If you were mistakenly added or just not interested, you are subject to be removed and free to remove yourself anytime before the actual testing begins.

Hey everyone, I might be able to run out the first beta test next week, no promises but its looking very likely. Stay tuned!

News reguarding the upcomming beta

This first beta is an experiment to see how everyone will handle everything, whats involved, etc. since this is our first time with anything like this.

The very first beta will be the PC port of the PSP conscript, which will include(list may be added to over time):

-Total of around 4-6 maps on a cycle
-Possible adding a survival mode
-12 weapons each with secondary functions
-Awesome in-game music
-A taste of whats to come with conscript

Notes:

-We will be using the older animations/arms for the beta, since most of the new animations on the new arms are unfinished
-Although I'm sure you will all have fun with this, keep in mind this is NOT an accurate representation of our final game, nor anywhere close
-We encourage anyone who can host a server to tell me here beforehand
-Record your experience if you want :)

If all goes well I'll continue doing this with more updated PC ports of the PSP builds and content- eventually including source builds and actual psp builds.
