Increased number of DLCs
After adding a game with limited profile features to my account today, my DLC count increased by 25? Logically, I have many games from the same producer/developer and I thought that many of the "limited profile features" DLCs of these games were released from the restriction, but are there other possibilities?

Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider just made the DLCs free and auto installed them ... if you have those games installed, it may be part of it.

games often have dlcs that you get by just owning the game to add content and many other reasons you can see all dlcs of a game even if the dlc doesnt have a steam page in your game properites
