Sapphire PULSE series
Hi, I'm thinking about buying a Sapphire PULSE RX 6700 (or maybe 6600). But I'm curious about if the Pulse series has a 0-RPM mode for the fan. I like it quiet when I'm just browsing and doing light tasks. :)

Also, does the 6600 suffer any noticable performance loss in a PCIe 3.0 slot since it's only 8x?

Yes the Pulse series comes stock with the zero fan at low temp/usage enabled. I wooould not imagine that a PCIe 3 would cause much of an issue. I actually have a 6800 that is running PCI 3 due to am extender cable and the performance is not impacted.
