This has got to be one of the best ideas for a group, ever. Not only does it showcase who has all achievements, it gets people to want to try it themself! Granted, some would likely cheat to do it, but there's no real reason to do so. I just got them because I had it 100% complete on PS2, and thought "Hey, I'll do it on Steam, too!" And here I am! =D
