Yes dr livsey is popular cause of the "memes", however that does not remove the fact that it has illicit reviews. https://imgur.com/a/HkE54zb , 4k positive reviews appeared out of nowhere within the span of 5 days. The player count around this time period was on around 40~. My guess is that the developers had some kind of giveaway where you had to write a review on the game on steam to enter, thus there is some kind of "compensation" behind the reviews.

Some of these games like the Skibidy or Dr. Livesey ones might just be popular because of the memes

Thanks a lot, I am glad that people appreciate what I do , It's easy to get fooled by the store pages and usually your first instinct isn't to look in to the reviews themselves. Even easier to be fooled when you are unaware of that this sadly is a pretty big thing on steam nowadays.
