Not really hijacked just a different look at certain things

I came to know that the old group was hijacked as well...

Before there comes any wrong impressions - This is a new made group on the 3th of november 2017, the old one was made on the 17th of december in 2008. I tried to avoid that such old group gets deleted while talking to 2 other admins yesterday, which sadly ended bad.

I decided to re-create this group to let live on the legacy and idea behind the original group.

It really sucks that that guy kicked everyone and deleted the group: he could have left someone else to manage it instead.
