Na semana passada eu estava tendo problemas com meu cs, meu jogo crashou 4 vezes, fiquei sem jogar o primeiro round, quando finalmente consegui entrar depois de ter feito a reinicialização do meu pc, eu dei 4 passos no mapa e tomei VAC ban, eu queria recorrer a Valve para que retirasse meu ban, pois nao entendi o motivo de tomar um banimento por xit sendo que nao uso
